Cancellations and Rescheduling:
THE DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE ONLY IF CANCELLED MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO SERVICE DATE ON CRUISE SHIP CHARTERS/TRANSFERS, SCHOOL EVENTS, OR RESERVATIONS FOR FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS. Any Refund after 24 hours will have an 8% fee attached. Please allow up to 4 weeks for refund.
For all other events, a refund will be granted upon 2 weeks prior notice (10 business days),during regular office hours 9 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday (except Holidays). The management will only consider a refund outside the stated guidelines if the vehicle you reserved is able to be re-rented on short notice.
1. Aurora Limousines Rules; Aurora rules and policies are specifically incorporated herein by reference. By accepting the rental you agree you have read and understand all rules and policies.
2. Compliance with Rules and Law: Lessee (you), agree to comply with the rules of Aurora Limousines, whether in writing or subsequently orally, and all applicable, Local, State and Federal Laws, for the duration of services.
3. Assignment: Neither party may assign or transfer the contract without the prior written consent of the other party.
4. In case of EXTREME weather conditions (Blizzard, Black Ice, etc.), Aurora reserves the right to cancel services before and/or during a service, if weather creates a safety issue for lives and/or property involved.
Aurora will be paid ONLY for the time service was utilized (minimum hours apply) plus gratuity and/or fuel surcharge if included in the contract.
